Funding Transparency
EndTheWaitOntario.com receives no external funding of any kind. It is self-funded by its founder, Spencer Carroll — an Ottawa-based parent of a child on the Ontario Autism Program waitlist.
There is no revenue model. This is a public service built and maintained by a parent.
The site runs on standard, commercially available web infrastructure used by thousands of organizations worldwide.
All infrastructure providers are publicly documented companies. No custom or obscure tooling is used.
EndTheWaitOntario.com is not affiliated with any political party, government ministry, autism service provider, therapy company, non-profit organization, or foreign entity. No person or organization reviews, approves, or influences what we publish.
The founder has an active human rights complaint before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario regarding the Ontario Autism Program. This proceeding is disclosed throughout the site. The founder has no financial interest in any autism service provider, therapy company, or diagnostic service mentioned on the site.
Disclosure: The founder has an active HRTO complaint (Carroll v. Ontario, File 2025-62264-I). This is publicly disclosed on every relevant page of the site.
