MCCSS reported two counts as of May 13, 2026, released under an Ontario Autism Coalition freedom-of-information request. The waitlist is the difference between them.
Registered is not funded. The two figures are released separately; the gap is arithmetic, not an estimate.
TVCC (Thames Valley Children's Centre) is the main OAP-registered provider serving London and the surrounding Thames Valley District School Board area.
One roof, several services. Being registered with a provider is not the same as holding a funding agreement.
Windsor Regional Hospital – Children's Centre is an OAP-registered provider covering diagnosis, ABA therapy, and speech therapy for the Windsor-Essex area.
Navigation is not funding. Chapter support helps with the paperwork; it does not change a child's position on the provincial list.
