  • You believe the OAP or a ministry handled your case unfairly
  • You have already tried the organization’s own complaint process
  • You have a documented chronology of what happened

    Know what to expect

    Reviews take time. Treat this as accountability, not emergency help.

    • The Ombudsman recommends. It cannot order a body to act.
    • It generally expects you to have tried the organization’s own complaint process first.
