Thames Valley Children's Centre (TVCC) and Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) are the primary public diagnostic hubs in London. Private assessments are also available through several local psychology practices — contact providers directly for current pricing and wait times.

Thames Valley Children's Centre (TVCC) is the largest OAP-approved provider in southwestern Ontario, offering diagnosis, ABA therapy, speech-language pathology, and occupational therapy. TVCC serves London, Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford counties. Families register through AccessOAP to access TVCC services under OAP core clinical funding.

Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) uses the provincial IEP process. Request an in-school team meeting to initiate an assessment. IPRC determinations can designate exceptional pupils eligible for special education placement. TVDSB offers ASD classes at select schools and integrated support at most others.
