Questions worth asking before you register

  • Is this service currently accepting new OAP-funded clients, or is there a separate waitlist for funded spots?
  • What is your current estimated wait, and can you confirm it in writing or by email?
  • Do you require a diagnosis report, physician referral, or specific intake paperwork before I can book?
  • Is there a deposit, hold fee, or cancellation policy attached to the waitlist?
  • If I also register with another provider, will accepting an opening here affect my other waitlist positions?
