  • I am deeply passionate about collaborating with autistic children to support the development of essential skills. My goal is to help build foundational abilities that not only foster independence but may also reduce challenging behaviours through skill-based learning. I value working closely with parents and caregivers, recognizing the child–parent relationship as a vital component of growth and development. As an RBA, my approach is grounded in recognizing individual strengths and honoring each learner’s unique communication style. My work focuses on individualized programming and targeted skill development, including behaviour support, effective communication, life skills for independence, and play skills for social and developmental growth. Above all, my goal is to ensure that my work with individuals and families contributes to meaningful, lasting improvements in their daily experiences and overall quality of life.
