AccessOAP login and account help

Create the caregiver account first, then add or register each child in the official portal. Keep the email address current because AccessOAP uses it for account notices.

Use the portal recovery options first. If the email is not recognized, call AccessOAP so staff can verify identity and help locate the account.

If a transition code, transfer email, mailed transition letter, or legacy notice is missing, contact the Central Resource Team at oap@ontario.ca or 1-888-444-4530. Use AccessOAP for portal or account problems after transfer.

Use the secure message centre for account-specific questions and child-record details. Do not put personal health information in ordinary email.

• Keep a written record of calls, messages, dates, and reference numbers.
• Save registration confirmations and any letters about child records or invitations.

• Your child record cannot be found after transfer.
• You did not receive a transition code, transfer email, or expected letter. Start with the Central Resource Team, then use AccessOAP for portal or account problems after transfer.
• Your registration date, contact details, or account information appears wrong.
• You need a written record of what AccessOAP or the Central Resource Team told you.
