Create the caregiver account first, then add or register each child in the official portal. Keep the email address current because AccessOAP uses it for account notices.

Use the portal recovery options first. If the email is not recognized, call AccessOAP so staff can verify identity and help locate the account.

If a transition code, transfer email, mailed letter, or existing child record is missing, contact AccessOAP and ask them to check the transferred record.

Use the secure message centre for account-specific questions and child-record details. Do not put personal health information in ordinary email.
